On March 13, there will be a 'yellow alert' in Assam, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura, while an 'orange alert' has been issued in Arunachal Pradesh. On this day, there may be thunderstorms and heavy rains in Assam at a speed of 40-50 km per hour.
