Rajgarh, 8 February (HS): Six days ago, in Narsinghgarh police station area, an 11-year-old deaf and mute girl was found bleeding on a hill behind Sanjay Nagar, who was raped by an unknown person. The girl was referred to Bhopal for treatment in critical condition, where she died. Police handed over the body to the family after post-mortem on Saturday.

According to the police, on the night of February 1, an unknown miscreant kidnapped an 11-year-old deaf and mute girl living in a camp near Sanjay Nagar. She was raped forcibly there. Police have registered a case against unknown persons under kidnapping, rape and POCSO Act. Till now no clue has been found about the unknown accused. The victim girl was being treated at Kamala Nehru Hospital in Bhopal, who was kept on ventilator in critical condition, where the victim girl died late on Friday night.
