Dehradun, 5 February (HS): Under the 38th National Games, Slalom competition and Women's Canoe Slalom competition were organized on Tuesday on the Ganga river at Phulchatti in Pauri district of Uttarakhand. Participants from different states took part in this competition.

Pradyumna Rathore of Rajasthan performed brilliantly and won the gold medal in the men's Slalom competition. At the same time, Dheeraj Singh of Uttarakhand won the silver medal and Pinshein Kurwa of Meghalaya won the bronze medal.

Reena of Uttarakhand performed excellently in the women's Canoe Slalom competition and secured the first position and won the gold medal. Pallavi Jagtap of Madhya Pradesh won the silver medal and Doddi Chaithana Bhagwati of Andhra Pradesh won the bronze medal.

Players from Rajasthan, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Meghalaya, Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh and Services participated in the competition. The players displayed their talent and skills in thrilling matches in the Ganges stream.
