Prime Minister Narendra Modi is replying to the President's address. The opposition protested in both the houses of Parliament on 3 February, alleging mismanagement in the Maha kumbh in Prayagraj. In the Rajya Sabha, the opposition walked out in protest twice in the first half of the session, while in the Lok Sabha, Question Hour proceedings began after amid uproar due to sloganeering by opposition members.

The Prime Minister said that I am very fortunate that the people of the country have given me the opportunity to reply to the motion of thanks on the president's address for the 14th time. Therefore, I respectfully express my gratitude to the people. We took 25 crore people out of the poverty line. We did not give false promises to the poor.

PM said, We do not do poisonous politics because we live with the Constitution. We understand the spirit of the Constitution; we called the leader of the largest party in every meeting, even though he did not even have the numerical strength. We included the leader of the opposition in the committee for the appointment of the Election Commissioner. We created the PM Museum, in which all the former prime ministers have been included. The Prime Minister said Jammu and Kashmir was deprived of the Constitution, but we demolished the wall of Article 370. Everyone knows how the earlier government treated Muslim women; we showed them respect. Nowadays some people are speaking the language of urban Naxal.

PM Modi said the government increased the agriculture budget by 10 times. Our government has increased the agriculture budget 10 times. The urea crisis is over. Earlier, many physical fights also happened for this fertilizer. Today farmers are getting sufficient fertilizer. We are making urea available to the farmers at a price as low as Rs 300, whereas its cost is Rs 3000. We have spent Rs 12 lakh crore on this. Rs 3.5 lakh crore has been reached under PM Kisan Samman Yojana. We are purchasing crops on MSP. There has been a three-fold increase in loans given to farmers. Relief has been given under PM Crop Insurance Scheme, and steps were taken for irrigation.

PM said that people of our country must know the talks between Nehru and Kennedy on foreign policy. There is a book that has been written on foreign policy. It gives details of the talks between Nehru and the then US President John F. Kennedy. Everyone should know about what was going on in foreign policy at that time.

Prime Minister Modi said in the Lok Sabha that some leaders' focus is on Jacuzzi, stylish shower, but our focus is on providing water to every house. Jan Dhan, Aadhaar and mobile services were delivered to the poor. Rs 40 lakh crore directly transferred to the public account. We found that 10 crore fake people were taking advantage of the government scheme. 3 lakh crore rupees were saved from falling into wrong hands. Our government earned Rs 2300 crore by selling junk under the cleanliness campaign.

PM mentioned, we got historic victories in Haryana and Maharashtra. We have opened the nuclear energy sector. New efforts are being made regarding AI, 3D painting, virtual reality, gaming. Aspiration India is our goal. Students are taking advantage of the tinkering lab. We are planning that India will progress rapidly in the field of deep tech. Our Focus – Youth is the future. Some parties have become a disaster for the youth. We have given employment to the youth without any expense and without any prescription, we do what we say. That's why we won in Haryana for the third time. We got a similar victory in Maharashtra also.

Prime Minister said, Income of Rs 12 lakh became income tax free which will give benefit to middle-class. People are getting the benefits of income tax. Our government has exempted income of Rs 12 lakh from income tax. If standard deduction is added, this amount reaches Rs 12.75 lakh.

PM Modi said, According to WHO, poor families are being saved by the scheme of Ayushman-Bharat and cheap medicines from Jan Aushadhi. People are saving money due to the LED scheme. Farmers benefited from the Soil Health Scheme.

PM said, even when we form ministries, we keep the common people at the center. We develop everyone, that is why we also created the North East Ministry, created a separate ministry for tribals, separate Skill Ministry created. Created a separate ministry for fishermen also.

Prime Minister asked targeting the opposition, are the 3 MPs from the same family from SC or ST community? He further said, gave constitutional status to OBC community, Backward class got respect. We worked hard to ensure that SC, ST and OBC got maximum opportunities in every field. But nowadays caste has become fashionable issue for some people. Have there ever been 3 MPs at the same time from the same SC category family? Have there been 3 MPs from the same ST category family in Parliament at the same time during the same period? PM mentioned in his reply, our government has done many things for SC, ST and OBC. Before our government, MBBS seats for SC students were 7077 seats. Today this number has increased to 17000. Similarly, for ST students it was 3800, today it has reached close to 9000. There were less than 14 thousand seats for OBC, today it is around 32000. A new university is being built every week, a new ITI is being built every day, a new college is opening every two days.

Prime Minister said, Ayushman scheme was praised in Lancet study, free treatment is available through Ayushman card. Some political parties did not implement it. Cancer patients have suffered losses. According to the Lancet study, cancer treatment is starting on time under the Ayushman scheme. The government seems to be serious about this. India has done a lot of work in this direction. Cancer medicines are becoming cheaper. It has been decided to build 200-day care centers.

Prime Minister said, how people will get employment, gig workers have to register on the e-shram portal, they will get benefits. They will also get the benefit of Ayushman Yojana. There are immense employment opportunities in MSME scheme. Moving forward through simplicity, convenience and strength.
