New Delhi, February 12 (HS): National President of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Union Health Minister JP Nadda on Wednesday paid tribute to Sant Shiromani Guru Ravidas on his birth anniversary. Nadda described the teachings of Guru Ravidas as exemplary for character building.

Union Health Minister JP Nadda reached Guru Ravidas Vishram Dham temple in Karol Bagh on Wednesday and offered floral tribute to the statue of Sant Ravidas and performed puja. On this occasion, many workers including Delhi BJP State President Virendra Sachdeva, BJP General Secretary Dushyant Gautam, MP Yogendra Chandolia were present with him.

Earlier, Union Minister JP Nadda shared a priceless saying of Sant Ravidas and wrote on social media, I want such a rule, where everyone gets food. Small and big all live together, Ravidas remains happy. I pay my respects to Sant Shiromani Guru Ravidasji on his birth anniversary, who showed the path of equality in society for the upliftment of all by considering karma as supreme. His teachings, which give the message of social harmony, are still exemplary for unity, goodwill and character building.
