Shimla, February 12 (HS): Hamirpur MP and former Union Minister Anurag Singh Thakur has described the death of Acharya Satyendra Das, the chief priest of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple, as extremely sad and called it an irreparable loss. Paying tribute, he said that Acharya Satyendra Das dedicated his entire life to the service and devotion of Lord Shri Ram.

Anurag Thakur said that the memories of Acharya Satyendra Das will always remain alive in our hearts. I pray to Lord Shri Ram that his family members get the strength to bear this immense sorrow and give a place to this exclusive devotee of his at his feet.

The former Union Minister further said that Acharya Satyendra Das served as the chief priest of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple for a long time and played an important role in the worship of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya. There is a wave of mourning among Ram devotees due to his demise. Om Shanti.
