Guwahati, 08 November (HS): The final list of signatures collected under the ‘Vote Thieves, Vacate the Chair’ campaign was dispatched on Saturday from Rajiv Bhavan in Guwahati to the All India Congress Committee (AICC) headquarters in New Delhi.
