Saran, Oct 28 (HS): RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav on Tuesday alleged that the law and order situation in Bihar has completely collapsed and accused the NDA government of being “least bothered” about people’s safety.
Addressing an election rally at Marhaura in Saran, Yadav said that incidents of murder, dacoity, abduction, and loot were being reported almost daily from the district.
“Chief Minister Nitish Kumar never visits victims or their families. This shows the government’s insensitivity,” Yadav claimed.
He urged people to vote for the INDIA bloc, saying it would ensure better law and order, job opportunities, and quick redressal of grievances.
The opposition leader, who is also the INDIA bloc’s chief ministerial candidate, repeated his earlier promise of providing one government job to every family if his alliance comes to power.
The Bihar Assembly elections for the 243 seats will be held in two phases on November 6 and 11, and the results will be announced on November 14.
