Srinagar, 27 October (H.S.): Jammu and Kashmir Speaker Abdul Rahim Rather on Monday rejected an adjournment motion brought by Peoples Conference president Sajad Gani Lone to discuss the government’s “failure” to rationalize the reservation policy.
