Tinsukia (Assam), 25 October (HS): A 58-year-old woman killed in a road accident near Jagun in Assam’s Tinsukia district on Saturday.

Police sources said the woman was hit by a speeding motorcycle on the national highway, resulting in her death on the spot. Upon receiving information, police reached the scene and sent the body for post-mortem examination.

An FIR has been registered in connection with the incident and an investigation is underway.--------
