Prayagraj, 21 Oct (HS): The body of a married woman was found

hanging from a noose on Tuesday in Itwa Khurd village, located in the Kheri

police station area of ​​Prayagraj district, Uttar Pradesh. Police arrived at

the scene and took the body into custody and sent it for a post-mortem examination.

Police say a post-mortem is being conducted to determine the exact cause of

death.

said that the body of Preeti Chauhan 22, wife of Rahul Chauhan, a resident of

Itwa Khurd village in the Kheri police station area, was found hanging from a

noose inside the house on Tuesday. The police team, upon receiving the

information, took the body into custody and initiated legal proceedings.

To

determine the exact cause of death, a Panchnama (inquest report) was prepared

and the body was sent for post-mortem. The deceased's parents have not yet

filed a complaint in this regard. If a complaint is received, further action

will be taken after the post-mortem report is received.
