Nagar, 30 January (H.S.): On Thursday, fire erupted, destroying at least 15

tents near Chamanganj Chowki in the Maha Kumbh Mela region. Fortunately, no one

was injured in the event, authorities said. Chief Fire Officer Pramod Sharma

claimed that fire information was received this afternoon, and the incident was

immediately suppressed despite early access challenges owing to lack of roads.

further stated that the tents were illegal, and that the exact cause of the

fire is presently being investigated. Emergency personnel responded quickly and

averted any injuries or deaths.
