(HS): The driver of a Nagpur-bound private luxury bus coming from Pune met

with an accident on Wednesday morning, died. Fifteen passengers of the bus

suffered injuries. The bus collided with a truck near Mangrul Dastagir in

Dhamangaon Tehsil of Amravati District.

The bus with about 30

passengers on board hit a truck on the Samruddhi Mahamarg. The front portion of

the bus was badly damaged killing the bus driver.

Dattapur Police

Station and Mangrul Dastagir Police and the rescue team of MSRDC staff rushed to

the spot. The injured were shifted to Dhamangaon Rural Hospital and Dhamangaon

Railway Hospital.
