The World Hindi Day was celebrated in Nepal on Friday with great enthusiasm and fervor.

The Indian Embassy in Kathmandu organized a series of cultural events to mark the occasion. The highlight of the celebrations was the reading of a special message from Prime Minister Narendra Modi by Geetanjali Tripathi, the first secretary political. In her speech, she emphasized the significant contributions made by renowned Hindi poets and writers such as Kabir, Surdas, Tulsidas, Nirala, and Panta. Their compositions have not only helped in spreading knowledge and awareness about the Hindi language but have also gained popularity worldwide.

The event served as a reminder of the rich cultural heritage and linguistic diversity shared between India and Nepal.

The World Hindi Day celebrations in Nepal were a true reflection of the strong bond between the two nations and their shared love for the Hindi language.
