New Delhi, June 11 (HS): Jagat Prakash Nadda took charge as Health and Family Welfare Minister today. Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare Jadhav Prataprao Ganpatrao and Anupriya Patel were also present on the occasion.

Earlier, after the swearing-in ceremony, he expressed his gratitude by tweeting that under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India has achieved remarkable achievements, promoting development, innovation and prosperity.

He said that he will work tirelessly with full devotion and honesty to fulfill the responsibility given to him. We will start the journey towards a brighter, more inclusive future for every citizen, ensuring that no one is left behind in our journey of progress and development, he said.
