New Delhi, May 09 (HS): Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's troubles are going to increase. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) may file a charge sheet against Arvind Kejriwal in the alleged Delhi Liquor Policy scam case. This will be the first time that Chief Minister Kejriwal's name will be in the charge sheet. At present Arvind Kejriwal is lodged in Tihar Jail.

Sources said in the information given on Thursday that the ED may file a supplementary charge sheet against Delhi Chief Minister Kejriwal on May 10 in the money laundering case related to the alleged Delhi Liquor Policy. Kejriwal was arrested by the ED on March 21 in the alleged Delhi Excise Policy case. The Central Investigation Agency is investigating BRS leader K Kavita, who is currently in jail.

It is noteworthy that Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court has extended the judicial custody of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal till May 20 in the alleged Delhi Liquor Policy scam case.
