Modi govt not fulfilled single promise in 10 years: Tejashwi Yadav

Palamu (Jharkhand), May 8 (HS): Former Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar and RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav on Wednesday targeted the BJP-led NDA government while addressing a huge public gathering in the Chhattarpur High School ground in Palamu district. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has ruled with the help of lies in the last 10 years. Modi came to power in 2014 on the issue of poverty and unemployment but he has not fulfilled a single promise. His only aim has remained to rule the country by dividing Hindus and Muslims.

Tejashwi said that this time Modi has given the slogan of crossing 400, which is just a slogan. He also recited some parts of PM Modi's speech given in 2014 and said that not even a single one of them has been fulfilled. Modi has only done the work of cheating the people. Tejashwi said that if his alliance government is formed at the center, daughters of poor families will get one lakh rupees per year and gas cylinders for five hundred rupees. Along with this, new employment opportunities will be created for one crore people every year. He said that earlier also, under his promise, five lakh people were provided employment in Bihar. That too, they got government jobs.

Tejashwi said that Narendra Modi tries to scare those who speak against him with CBI and ED. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and former Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren were sent to jail in false cases. He said that more than 50 cases have been registered against him too, but he is the son of Lalu Prasad Yadav. Neither Lalu Prasad Yadav has bowed down nor Lalu's son will bow down. He also said that those who are afraid will be afraid of jail. Our God himself was born in jail. That is why we are not afraid of jail. This time on June 4, the India Alliance government will be formed in the country.
