Those who oppose Ram have always been defeated: Yogi

Kanpur, 8 May (HS): Yogi Adityanath, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, said on Wednesday that voting in half of Lok Sabha seats had been completed after three stages. The only chants heard across the country are 'Fir Ek Baar Modi Sarkar, Abki Baar 400 Paar', which has left opposition parties perplexed.

Addressing a large election rally for the Akbarpur Lok Sabha constituency at the Patara Railway Station grounds in Ghatampur, the chief minister remarked, When they don't understand something, they resort to conspiracies against India. According to statements made by opposition parties, these elections are between 'Ram Bhakts' and 'Ramdrohis'. Those who are 'Ram Bhakts' are also 'Rashtra Bhakts' for the country. During the event, Yogi urged the audience to vote for BJP candidate Devendra Singh Bhole.

He stated that the mere mention of the term 'Akbarpur' sometimes causes reluctance. All of this will change. We must eliminate traces of slavery and respect our past. This region needs to be incorporated into the mainstream of development. To attain this aim, active engagement through voting in the ongoing national campaign is required.

The chief minister declared that it is a timeless reality that 'Ramdrohis' have always met their demise. The 2024 Lok Sabha elections will validate this fact. He highlighted that this is more than just an election to build a government. On the one hand, under Prime Minister Modi's leadership, the country is being formed as a new Aatmanirbhar Bharat, while on the other, 'Ramdrohis' are striving to split us along caste and regional lines.

Terrorists are praised, while mafias are encouraged. CM Yogi stated that there is a plot to provide minorities the rights of Scheduled Castes, Tribes, and Backward Castes. He attacked the opposition, claiming that under the UPA's control, the SP and BSP supported Congress. At the time, the Ranganath Mishra Committee proposed providing Muslims a 6% reservation by subtracting from the allocation for backward classes. When the BJP rejected the idea, Congress had to drop it. Similarly, the Sachar Committee was constituted, and Congress collaborated to include some Muslim castes in the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, he explained. Congress has persistently participated in divisive politics, sowing discord within the country and actively inciting terrorism and separatist in many regions.

It has once again committed to include such reservations in its manifesto, he noted.

The chief minister stated that the Congress and SP did not express their condolences on the death of former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Kalyan Singh. Similarly, there was little compassion for Raju Pal, who was slain in Prayagraj, or attorney Umesh Pal. Currently, the mafia has been eliminated and justice administered. Their sympathies are with the mafia and 'Ramdrohis'.

CM Yogi stated that the administration is now undertaking a survey to determine the possibilities for sugarcane cultivation in the area. If viable, plans are being developed to create a sugar and ethanol complex in the region. During the SP administration, only firearms were made here; however, the Kanpur Defence Corridor will produce cannons for the nation.

When the cannons kill terrorists at the border, everyone will remember Kanpur and Uttar Pradesh, he said.

He went on to say that the ammunition manufactured here is now being exported all over the world. Only the BJP government can carry out such responsibilities. Whether it's free rationing or free healthcare, from a daughter's birth to her education and marriage preparations, or giving security to daughters and businesspeople, your vote is moulding a new India. Taking aim at the Congress-INDIA coalition, CM Yogi said, Those who are responsible for separating the country will attempt to divide you in the future. We need to make the country self-sufficient and developed under PM Modi's leadership.
