Guwahati (Assam), 07 May (HS): In the third and final phase election in Assam, voting began at 7:00 am in four Lok Sabha seats of the state - Guwahati, Barpeta Kokrajhar and Dhubri.

According to the trend till 9:30 am, 10.38 percent voting was recorded in Guwahati, 9.26 in Barpeta, 9.77 in Kokarjhar and 10.77 percent in Dhubri Lok Sabha constituency. Despite the adverse weather, people were seen standing in long queues at the polling stations since morning and voting.
