Murshidabad, 06 May (HS): Trinamool candidate Abu Taher Khan said, ''Murshidabad is already a dangerous district, no one respects anyone. This will be seen on the day of election.''

Abu Taher said, ''I have not taken responsibility for all the criminals in the district. I cannot say what will happen and what will not. BJP is already trying to incite religious frenzy in various ways. CPM is with them. Adhir Chaudhary is also there.''

In fact, on Tuesday, there is voting for the third phase on four seats of Bengal on Tuesday, May 7. Murshidabad Lok Sabha seat is also in that list. The outgoing MP here is Abu Taher. In this Lok Sabha election too, the Trinamool leadership is relying on Abu Taher. A day before the polling, Taher made it clear that no one will be left alone in the polling field. He is not ready to leave even an inch of ground for the opposition.

Reacting to the Trinamool candidate's comments just before the election, BJP Rajya Sabha MP Shamik Bhattacharya slammed the state''s ruling camp for such comments. Shamik Bhattacharya hit back at Trinamool saying ''This is normal. He did not say anything that was out of his party line. This is his party''s agenda. The way the party sees the election, the voting culture it is used to... he said the same. This is the language of Trinamool Congress.''
