Imphal, May 02 (HS): Along with the recovery of arms and ammunition, the process of arresting terrorists is also continuing in Manipur. In this connection, a self-styled Sergeant Major of the KCP (Noyon) organization was caught in an operation by the security forces. Manipur Police today said that the self-styled Sergeant Major of KCP (Noyon) organization arrested by the police from Waithau in Thoubal district has been identified as Thaudam Nanao Singh alias Chingsankalp alias Son (43). A .32 pistol along with bullets and six live rounds were recovered from him. A case has been registered for further investigation.

Raids are being conducted across the state by the security forces to arrest people involved in militant activities.
