Kathmandu, 11 May (HS):- The issues related to the formation of government in three provinces of Nepal will be decided by the Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court. The issues are related to the provisions and interpretation of the Constitution. The decision to refer the issues was taken by different benches of the court.

In Koshi province, the Governor appointed a second chief Minister without removing the first one. N Gandaki the speaker cast a vote to favour a party to gain a majority. In Far West Nepal (Sudurpashchim Province) a petition has been filed challenging the role of the Governor in appointing the chief minister.
