Cuttack, 28 April (HS): On Sunday, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi claimed that while Prime Minister Narendra Modi runs a government for billionaires from Delhi, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik leads an administration that works for a chosen few in Odisha.

Addressing an election rally in Cuttack's Salepur, Gandhi asserted that while the BJD and BJP were conducting electoral battles against one other, they were actually working together.

He asserted that the BJD and the BJP are in a relationship, or marriage.

Gandhi slammed Patnaik, claiming that despite being chief minister, the BJD government in the state was led by his adviser VK Pandian. Gandhi made an apparent allusion to PM Modi, saying, Uncle-ji and Naveen-babu have given Odisha PAANN, which stands for Pandian, Amit Shah, Narendra Modi, and Naveen Patnaik. They have stolen your riches.
