Kerala Elections Amped Up: Priyanka Gandhi Vadra to Join Race

Delhi, 20 April (H.S): The upcoming elections in Kerala have been gaining a lot of attention and the latest addition to the campaigning will be the presence of Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, AICC general secretary and star campaigner of the party. On Saturday, she is set to arrive in Kochi via special flight and will then head to Thrissur where she is scheduled to address an election rally at the Chalakudy Lok Sabha constituency. She will then move on to Pathanamthitta to support sitting MP Anto Antony in his bid for a fourth consecutive term.

The battle in Pathanamthitta is set to be an intense one with strong competition from Anil Antony (son of CWC member A.K. Antony) and two-time former State Finance Minister Thomas Isaac. Priyanka Gandhi will also lead a roadshow in the capital city of Thiruvananthapuram alongside sitting MP Shashi Tharoor before addressing another election meeting.

With Kerala going to the polls on April 26, Priyanka Gandhi's visit is sure to energize and sway voters as the state prepares to elect its 20 new Lok Sabha members. Her presence is expected to add a new dynamic to the election campaign and could potentially have a significant impact on the final results.
