Telangana's Phenomenal Growth with Rs 10 Trillion Development Investment


Hyderabad, 4 March (H.S) : The union tourism minister G Kishan Reddy highlighted Telangana’s remarkable development over the last decade, stating that investments in various projects under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi have reached a staggering amount of Rs. 10 trillion. During PM Modi's visit to Adilabad on March 4, he launched several developmental projects worth Rs 56,000 crore.

Reddy credited PM Modi's initiatives for doubling the national highways in just 10 years and showcasing the establishment of the Warangal railway coach manufacturing facility and the revitalized Fertilizer Corporation of India, which created employment opportunities for over 3000 people. He also mentioned PM Modi's recent efforts in electrifying railway lines and launching the first phase of MMTS, as well as approving three Vande Bharat trains originating from Telangana, showcasing the commitment to the state's growth.

Reddy also emphasized that with the assistance of the central government, the Metro Rail project, including gap funding and the rehabilitation of forty railway stations, was achieved. He added that regardless of the political party in power in the state, funding was approved for 11 irrigation projects essential for Telangana's development. This highlights the government's dedication towards promoting infrastructure and economic growth in Telangana and ensuring its overall progress and prosperity.
