Rafah, 12 Feb (HS):- Israel launched an attack on Rafah killing at least 67 Palestinians. Israel Air Force and Navy attacked Rafah overnight, Hama Health Ministry in Gaza claimed. Rafah Land Port on the Egypt border is an entry point to Gaza.

Israeli Army claimed that two Israeli hostages were rescued from a house in Rafah’s Shaboura. Al-Aqsa news channel quoted a Hamas leader saying Israel’s attack on Rafah would affect the captive exchange negotiations.

Israeli attack on Gaza has killed at least 28,340 Palestinians and injured 67,948 so far. The death toll in Israel from the October 7 Hamas attack stands at 1,139.
