4 December (H.S.): A love-lorn couple committed suicide on Wednesday morning

near Nakahara railway line of Chunar police station area. According to the

police, first they consumed poison and then committed suicide by lying on the

train tracks.

The reason behind the incident is that both their families did

not allow them to meet and get married. There is silence in the village due to

this incident. Local people saw the bodies of both on the railway track in the

morning, after which the police were informed.

The police have taken the bodies

into custody and sent them for post-mortem and investigation into the case is

ongoing.
