New Delhi, 22 December (H.S.): The Delhi Police on Sunday said that they had successfully identified 175 people suspected to be illegal Bangladeshi immigrants during a verification drive in the national capital.

The drive, which lasted for 12 hours and began on Saturday evening, was conducted in the outer Delhi area.

According to a senior police officer, the authorities have been working diligently to identify and detain individuals who are residing in the city without valid documentation.
