Gold gets costlier on Karva Chauth


New Delhi, 20 October (H.S.):

In the domestic bullion market, gold is on the rise even on the occasion of Karva Chauth on Sunday, the fourth consecutive day of rise in gold. However, there is no change in the price of silver. The price of gold increased by ₹400 to 450 per 10 grams.

In most bullion markets of the country, 24 carat gold is trading in the range of ₹79,570 to ₹79,420 per 10 grams. Similarly, 22 carat gold is being sold between ₹72,930 to ₹72,800 per 10 grams.

Due to no change in the price of silver, this shiny metal is still at the level of ₹99,100 per kg in Delhi bullion market.

In Delhi, 24 carat gold is trading at ₹79,570 per 10 grams , while the price of 22 carat gold has been recorded at ₹72,930 per 10 grams. At the same time, in the country's financial capital Mumbai, 24 carat gold is being sold at ₹79,420 per 10 grams and 22 carat gold at ₹72,800 per 10 grams.
