Bhubaneswar, 14 May (HS): G20 delegates, together with ministers G Kishan Reddy and Arjun Ram Meghwal, arrived in Bhubaneswar on Sunday for the second Culture Group meeting, which will take place in the city from Sunday to Tuesday.
On Sunday, Tourism Minister G Kishan Reddy stated that they will debate how to unify and maintain our culture among other countries. This year, India holds the G20 presidency; today, the second culture group meeting will be held in Bhubaneswar; these meetings will last three days. Today, representatives from many nations have arrived. We will discuss how to unite and preserve our culture among different countries during the meeting, stated Reddy.
According to an official statement issued on Saturday, the Culture Working Group (CWG) meeting under India's G20 Presidency will focus on 'Culture Unites All' in campaign mode to highlight India's unwavering belief in multilateralism based on peaceful coexistence among diverse cultures and communities.
The 'Culture Unites All' campaign will be held at the second Culture Working Group meeting, which will be place in Bhubaneshwar, Odisha, from May 14 to 17. Padma Sudarshan Pattnaik of Odisha will produce sand art on the topic on May 14 at Puri Beach. GK Reddy, union Minister for Culture, Tourism, and DoNER, and Arjun Ram Meghwal, Minister of State for Culture and Parliamentary Affairs, will launch the installation in the evening.
