Etah, 23 March (HS): A 32-year-old woman died in Patti village after reportedly receiving incorrect injections from a quack.

When Sangita complained of stomach ache on Wednesday evening, she was admitted to Suraj Clinic, which is owned by Dr. Suraj. Dr. Suraj gave her multiple injections, and she died an hour later at the clinic,” SHO of Jaithara Police Station Ramendra Shukla stated.

Before the cops arrived at the hospital, the doctor had already left. We have filed a report and begun an investigation, said the SHO, adding that the victim's body had been submitted for a post-mortem examination. The health department, according to Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Umesh Kumar Tripathi, has also initiated an investigation into the event.
