Gaza, 07 Dec (HS):- Fierce fighting continues in South Gaza’s main city Khan Younis. Israel Defence Forces have intensified their operations against Hamas leaders housed in the crowded areas. The civilians are facing the brunt of the battle and find no place to flee.

Determined to eliminate Hamas terrorists completely ground operations have been intensified by the IDF. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu insisted that the military must retain security control over Gaza after the war. At the same time international pressure is building for ending the war.

Netanyahu and US President Joe Biden condemned sexual assault on Israeli women committed by Hamas during October 7 attack. They have appealed to the world to condemn the assault.

About 1.90 million people have been displaced in Gaza. The death has surpassed 16,200. IDF claimed that about 1,200 Israeli were killed in the Hamas attack.
