New Delhi, November 20 (HS): Health Minister Dr Mansukh Mandaviya on Monday visited the Ayushman Bhava Health Pavilion at the ongoing 42nd India International Trade Fair 2023 at Pragati Maidan and distributed Ayushman cards to many beneficiaries while urging others to get Ayushman cards so that they could avail health benefits.

Dr. Mandaviya visited various stalls and booths in the health pavilion which displayed health initiatives and schemes of the government. Along with this, he appreciated their efforts in raising awareness among the public through street plays, games, and quizzes.

International Business Visiting the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission booth, Dr. Mandaviya highlighted the services provided to the public. While distributing Ayushman cards to the beneficiaries at the stall of Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana, he said that these cards play an important role in ensuring free health benefits to the underprivileged till the last person sits at the last mile. The union Health Minister also visited the stall of Jan Aushadhi and interacted with the visitors and urged them to purchase generic medicines.
