PRAYAGRAJ, September 14 (HS): An FIR was registered at Civil Lines police station against former Phulpur Samajwadi Party MLA Saeed Ahmad's son Kavi Ahmad on charges of rape and loot. The accused allegedly befriended a woman after changing his name and assaulted her on the promise of marriage by giving her sedatives, according to the FIR. The lady also claims that the MLA's wife and daughter assaulted and conspired against her. The woman claimed in her police complaint that she was preparing for the Miss India competition and that she used to manage a gym in Civil Lines. In 2018, she met Kavi Ahmad, who became her friend after changing his name.
On the guise of opening a beauty parlour, the accused brought her to Lucknow. The accused sexually exploited her while administering sedatives to her.
