Guwahati, 08 September (HS): Assam Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma on Thursday extended heartfelt birthday greetings to Union Minister Giriraj Singh.

In a social media post, Sarma highlighted Singh’s role in revitalising India’s textiles sector, promoting traditional handlooms and empowering local weavers and artisans.
