Ali Fazal and Pankaj Tripathi-starrer ‘Mirzapur: The Movie’ has strengthened its hold at the box office since its release. The film delivered a strong weekend performance, crossing the Rs 100-crore mark in worldwide collections. According to Sacnilk, the film earned Rs 36 crore on its third day, Sunday. It had earlier collected Rs 32 crore on Saturday and Rs 25.75 crore on its opening day.

With this, the film’s net collection in India has reached Rs 93.75 crore, while its gross domestic collection stands at Rs 112.35 crore. Worldwide, the film has so far earned Rs 132.35 crore.

The strong weekend numbers make it evident that the popularity of the ‘Mirzapur’ franchise has remained intact among audiences even on the big screen. The film appears to be benefiting from the positive response from viewers as well as the franchise’s strong and dedicated fan base. Within its first three days in theatres, the film has strengthened its position by surpassing several other movies already running at the box office.

Meanwhile, Yash-starrer ‘Toxic’ has continued to witness a slower pace even over the weekend. The film collected Rs 2.42 crore on its 12th day, taking its net domestic collection to Rs 245.75 crore. Its worldwide earnings are reportedly around Rs 337.80 crore, still considerably below its reported budget of Rs 500 crore.

On the other hand, ‘Hanuman Ansh’ earned Rs 22.75 crore on its 31st day, taking its total collection to Rs 122.13 crore.
