Bhubaneswar, 07 September (H.S.) : Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Monday said that the State’s development and welfare journey would receive greater direction through the blessings and spiritual guidance of saints and spiritual leaders.

In a social media post, Majhi said he had the divine opportunity to listen to Bhagabata Katha delivered by revered Sadhvi Ritambhara Ji in Srikshetra Puri.

Describing Sadhvi Ritambhara as one of the prominent figures associated with the Shri Ram Temple movement, the Chief Minister said her contribution towards awakening Sanatan consciousness and strengthening national self-respect was unparalleled.

Majhi said Sadhvi Ritambhara was not merely a guiding light of spirituality but had also set a distinctive example through her vision and dedicated service to society.

The Chief Minister emphasised the importance of India’s Sanatan traditions, moral values and cultural awakening in achieving the vision of Viksit Bharat and a prosperous Odisha.

He said these values constituted a fundamental source of strength for realising the aspirations of a developed and prosperous society.

Majhi further said the blessings and spiritual guidance of saints would provide greater direction to Odisha’s development and welfare initiatives, helping the State move forward with renewed commitment and purpose.
