Hojai (Assam), 06 September (HS): A free physiotherapy check-up and health consultation camp was organised on Sunday at ‘G’ Company, Hojai, of the 1st Battalion Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Sonapur.

The camp was organised by Heal Motion Physiotherapy Clinic, Hojai, under the guidance of Shri Sunil Kaushik, Commandant, 1st Battalion SSB, Sonapur, for the personnel deployed at ‘G’ Company.

During the camp, SSB personnel underwent examinations for various physical ailments, including muscle and joint-related problems. The medical team also provided guidance on maintaining physical fitness, preventing pain and injuries, maintaining correct body posture and performing appropriate exercises.

Dr Ashish Seal (PT), DPT, BPT, Dr Saneha Pal and their team from Heal Motion Physiotherapy Clinic conducted the free check-ups and provided necessary physiotherapy consultations and health-related advice.

The SSB personnel participated enthusiastically in the camp and received important information on physical fitness, injury prevention and physiotherapy care. The personnel of ‘G’ Company expressed their gratitude to Heal Motion Physiotherapy Clinic, Dr Ashish Seal and his team for their valuable services.

The initiative was appreciated as an important step towards promoting the health and physical fitness of SSB personnel, which are vital for maintaining an effective and strong force.------------
