New Delhi, 05 September (H.S.): Prime Minister Narendra Modi will participate in the centenary celebrations of Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) on Saturday at 7 PM and address the gathering on the occasion.

Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi, is among India's premier institutions of higher education and is recognised for its academic contribution in the fields of Commerce, Economics and Management.

Established in 1926 by industrialist and philanthropist Sir Shri Ram, the college has completed a century of academic service and has nurtured generations of scholars, professionals, administrators, entrepreneurs, policymakers and other nation-builders.

The centenary celebrations are being held on Teachers' Day, giving the occasion added significance as the nation honours teachers and educators for their contribution to shaping generations and strengthening the foundations of society.
