Bhubaneswar, 05 September (H.S.): Odisha Governor Dr Hari Babu Kambhampati on Teachers’ Day paid tribute to former President, philosopher and Bharat Ratna Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan on his birth anniversary.

In a social media post, the Governor remembered Dr Radhakrishnan for his enduring contribution as a teacher, philosopher and statesman, and highlighted his lasting legacy in the field of education and public life.

Extending his greetings on Teachers’ Day, Dr Kambhampati expressed his appreciation for teachers across the country, saying their knowledge, values and dedication help shape generations and strengthen the nation.

Teachers’ Day is observed annually on September 5 to commemorate the birth anniversary of Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, one of India’s most distinguished scholars, educators and statesmen.
