Lucknow, 05 Sept (HS): Yogi Adityanath, the Chief Minister of

Uttar Pradesh, paid tribute to former President Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan on

his birth anniversary and offered wishes on Teachers' Day. Dr. Radhakrishnan, a

well-known educationist, philosopher, and Bharat Ratna laureate, was recognized

by CM Yogi on September 5, which is also known as Teachers' Day in India. He

stated that the State Teacher Award and Chief Minister Teacher Award will be

presented in Gorakhpur to 81 outstanding educators from the Basic and Secondary

Education Departments. He identified Uttar Pradesh as a sacred country of

ancient wisdom, highlighting significant cultural centers like as Kashi,

Sarnath, Ayodhya, Mathura-Vrindavan, and Prayagraj.
