New Delhi, 04 September (H.S.): Tata Realty and Infrastructure Limited (TRIL) has appointed Gaurav Jain as its new Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Jain’s appointment will take effect from October 1, 2026.

In a statement issued on Friday, Tata Realty and Infrastructure Limited said that Gaurav Jain has been appointed as the company’s new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer with effect from October 1.

Jain brings more than 23 years of experience in the residential and commercial real estate sectors. The company said he has expertise in business growth, institution building, strategic planning, operational excellence, sales and marketing, and profit and loss management.

The company said Jain will succeed Sanjay Dutt, who recently resigned as TRIL’s Managing Director and CEO to pursue new opportunities.

It is noteworthy that TRIL, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Private Limited, is one of the leading real estate developers in the country. The real estate and infrastructure developer is preparing for its next phase of growth.
