Mumbai, 30 September (H.S.): Actor Kunal Kemmu-hosted reality show ‘Alliance’ is set to return with its second season following the success of its debut outing. Responding to the positive reception from viewers, the makers have officially announced the new season along with its streaming premiere date. The first season premiered on Amazon Prime Video in June and garnered a strong response from audiences.

Amazon Prime Video announced the second season on social media platform X by unveiling its poster. According to the announcement, the new season will feature heightened drama, strategy and a more intense game of alliances. The second season is scheduled to premiere on January 14, 2027. The announcement has already sparked curiosity among viewers about the new participants and the format of the upcoming season.

‘Alliance’ is the first international adaptation of the popular Dutch format created by Talpa Studios. In India, the series is produced by Banijay Asia. The show revolves around alliances, strategy, trust and betrayal, placing participants in a high-stakes social game where relationships and tactics play a central role.

The first season featured 16 participants, including Daisy Shah, Arslan Goni, Sohail Khan, Kushal Tandon and Maxtern. Mini Mathur emerged as the winner of the inaugural season.
