Sept (HS): The UP International
Trade Show 2026 (UPITS), which provided a global platform for the arts, skills,
and craftsmanship of Uttar Pradesh, concluded successfully on Tuesday. The
Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission (UPSDM) pavilion remained a highlight
of the five-day trade show, achieving a significant milestone on the final day.
UPSDM was awarded the
prestigious Best Display Stand award in Hall No. 7.
The Mission's
stall's grandeur, interactive presentation, and live demonstration of 16 skills
won the hearts of the judges and audience. Assistant Director Dr. M.K. Singh
accepted the award on behalf of the Mission. Mission Director Pulkit Khare
congratulated the entire team on this achievement, saying that this honor is
the result of the talent of the state's youth and the hard work of the team.
The UPSDM pavilion remained
vibrant even on the final day of the trade show. On the final day, Dr. Malvika
Hari Om, along with her team, gave a wonderful folk singing performance. As
their performance began, the entire pavilion reverberated with melodies, and
this continued well into the evening. Young people, in particular, appreciated
the folk songs and were seen humming along.
Additionally, the Hunar
Manch continued to offer impressive performances throughout the day.
Trade show visitors enjoyed the Hunar Manch and also visited the UPSDM stall to
gain a closer look at various skills. During this five-day trade show, UPSDM
demonstrated that Uttar Pradesh's talent is now poised for global recognition.
