Sambhajinagar, 29 Sept (HS): The foreign tourists travelling in a five-start

facility train ‘Deccan Odyssey’ were welcomed in traditional Indian style on

the train’s arrival in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

The tourists, 27 in

number, were from America, Canada, Germany and Spain. A troupe led by Dipil Khanderaya

presented traditional dance and the tourists were served the with the Marathi cuisine

popular in Maharashtra.

The tourists, after

having photographs with local people proceeded to the world heritage site Ellora

Caves and Devgiri Fort. They will also visit Ajanta caves.
