Lucknow, 27 Sept (HS): Tata Motors Limited and Hella India Automotive

Private Limited will be organizing an apprenticeship drive and mega campus

placement drive to provide apprenticeship and employment opportunities to youth

at the Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Aliganj, Lucknow on

September 30, 2026. The selection process for both companies will be held at

the Government ITI Aliganj campus from 10 am onwards.

Tata Motors Apprenticeship Opportunity for ITI Graduates: Tata Motors

Limited is offering apprenticeship opportunities to ITI graduates. Candidates

must be between 18 and 25 years of age by the date of joining. Candidates must

have passed the 10th grade with a minimum of 60% marks in a regular class and a

minimum of 60% marks in an ITI/NTC recognized by the SCVT/NCVT.

Candidates from trades like Electrician, Fitter, Mechanic Motor Vehicle,

Turner, Welder, Diesel Mechanic, COPA/PASA, Electronics Mechanic, Wireman,

Machinist, Draftsman, Automobile Manufacturing etc. can participate for

apprenticeship. Selected candidates will be provided a stipend of Rs 13,870 per

month along with free canteen, transport facility up to 10 km, two sets of

uniform, safety shoes and PPE. Joining will be done after profile screening,

interview, medical test and document verification in the selection process.

Candidates who have previously been employed in Tata Motors Lucknow, have

participated in the selection process in the last 90 days or have done

apprenticeship from Shangdan will not be eligible.

Hella India is hosting a mega campus placement drive for Diploma and BSc

graduates: Hella India Automotive Private Limited will be conducting a mega

campus placement drive for DAT (Manufacturing) positions at its plant in

Gurgaon, Haryana. Candidates with a Diploma or BSc degree in Mechanical,

Electrical, Electronics Engineering, and Electronics and Communications

Engineering are eligible to participate.

Candidates who have passed out between 2020 and 2025 will be eligible for

this position. Candidates must have a minimum of 50 percent marks. The age

limit is 18 to 28 years, and both male and female candidates are eligible to

participate. Selected candidates will receive an in-hand salary of Rs. 17,000

to Rs. 19,000 per month. In addition, they will be provided with free bus

transportation, meals/snacks, and 14 paid leaves (CL-7 and SL-7). After

completing the one-year apprenticeship, they will also receive a permanent job

opportunity with the company based on their performance.

Candidates should reach on time: Placement Officer M.A. Khan said that

interested candidates are requested to avail this opportunity of apprenticeship

and employment by appearing on time on 30th September 2026 at 10 am at

Government ITI Aliganj, Lucknow campus with all their necessary educational and

technical original certificates, their photocopies and photographs.
