Prayagraj, 27 Sept (HS): In accordance with the directives of

Naresh Pal Singh, General Manager, North Central Railway), the Swachhata

Hi Seva Pakhwada-2026 is being observed across the NCR Headquarters,

divisions, workshops, units, and offices from September 17 to October 02.

As part of this fortnight-long drive, a Cleanliness

Awareness Rally was organized on September 27, 2026, at Railgaon Colony,

Subedarganj, Prayagraj, under the guidance of Anil Kumar Dwivedi, Principal Chief Mechanical

Engineer.

The rally was led by Manish Kumar, Chief Environment &

Housekeeping Manager, alongside Anam Siddiqui, State Commissioner Guide/Adult

Resources and Dy. FA&CAO/Finance.

During the rally, children from the Bharat Scouts and Guides

sensitized residents using banners, posters, pamphlets, and slogans. The

initiative aimed to foster cleanliness awareness among residents to help create

a cleaner environment and promote healthier families.

Organized by the Headquarters Environment Section, the event

saw the participation of Manju Joshi, State Organizing Commissioner/Guide (NCR

Bharat Scouts & Guides Headquarters, Prayagraj), Priyanshu, HWB Scout Master,

and HWB Guide Leaders Sarika Singh, Pooja Sharma, Pooja Rani, Sonam, and Ankita

Sharma, along with a total of 30 Scouts, Guides, Rovers, and Rangers.
