Sena (MNS) president Raj Thackeray expressed discontent over working of Chief Election

Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar and has planned a public rally on October 4. In the

name of SIR voters are being cheated, he alleged.

Thackeray said that the rally should not

be limited to one party and should be people’s voice against the administration.

Meanwhile he held discussion with UBT

leader Sanjay Raut. Thackeray has appealed to the people to participate in the

rally in large numbers.
