Lucknow, 25 Sept (HS): On the occasion of Pandit Deendayal

Upadhyaya's birth anniversary, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath

paid lavish honors to him, recognizing him as a pioneer of Integral Humanism

(Ekatma Manav Darshan) and the ideology of Antyodaya (upliftment of

the last person in society). Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath stated that Pandit

Deendayal Upadhyaya's nationalist vision and devotion to cultural development

continue to influence the government's emphasis on strengthening the

disadvantaged, farmers, women, and marginalized populations.

Leaders around the country marked Upadhyaya's birth

anniversary by underlining how his values of self-reliance, inclusive growth,

and grassroots welfare are still at the heart of current development

strategies. The ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and state officials in

Uttar Pradesh observe the day with floral tributes, seminars, and public

welfare programs in various booths and party headquarters.

Meanwhile, UP CM mentioned in a post on X, “On

the birth anniversary of the pioneer of 'Integral Humanism' and 'Antyodaya',

the eminent nationalist thinker and founding member of the Bharatiya Jana

Sangh, the revered Pandit Deendayal Upadhyayaji, humble tribute. He presented a

concept of development rooted in Indian culture and life values, in which the

upliftment of the person standing in the last row of society is accorded the

highest priority. His thought continues even today to be a source of

inspiration for building an inclusive, self-reliant, and developed India.”
