Mumbai, 24 September (H.S.): Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s much-anticipated film Love and War has generated fresh buzz with the release of Ranbir Kapoor’s first official look. Bhansali Productions unveiled the poster on social media on Thursday, offering audiences an intense glimpse of the actor’s character.

In the poster, Ranbir Kapoor is seen driving a car with one hand visibly injured and covered in blood, while his face reflects anger and tension. The striking first look presents the actor in a rugged and intense avatar, evoking memories of his fierce appearance in Animal. The makers shared the poster with the caption, “Woh rutba, woh raub, woh junoon!”

Love and War stars Ranbir Kapoor alongside Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal in the lead roles. Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the film is a period romantic war drama that explores the interplay of love and conflict.

The film marks another collaboration between Bhansali and Ranbir Kapoor following Saawariya. It also brings Bhansali and Vicky Kaushal together for the first time.

Love and War is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on January 21, 2027.
